Trish Fairman joined the Regis Group in 2001 and holds nearly 20 years experience in aged care services and clinical care management. Australian of the Year Nominee in 2009 for Services to Aged Care Trish has worked at all levels for the Group, including managing both Queensland and Victoria and overseeing an extensive building and redevelopment phase as head of National Major Projects. Trish commenced her current role as General Manager - Quality Assurance / Compliance in 2009.
ALYSON SPARKES
National Manager - Clinical and Care Services
Alyson Sparkes is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Health Science from Victoria University and a post graduate certificate in critical care. She has over thirty years experience in clinical nursing with a background in critical care and nursing management. Alyson has previously been a Director of Nursing in the acute sector as well as having extensive experience in aged care. She has worked in this field for over nine years since joining the Regis Group in 2002. Alyson’s first position was as Facility Manager, she then took on the role of Victorian Residential Services Manager. After taking a short break, she returned to the Regis Group to take on the role of National Manger - Clinical and Care Services.
