Our adorable resident dog makes a point of greeting visiting families at the front door and leading them, tail wagging, to the room of their own resident. Located southeast of Brisbane in the quiet suburb of Birkdale on Morton Bay, Grange Wellington Point is close to public transport and only a short stroll from the coast.

The overall residence is designed around a central courtyard with a water feature, garden and two tame lizards fed by residents. Our immediate bushland surroundings are complemented by the home's beautiful gardens, overlooked by quiet living spaces, which encourage companionship and relaxation.

Fabulous food goes a long way to encouraging a calming ambience and our excellent chef surpasses expectations every time.

Everyday after the meals are served he comes out of the kitchen, guitar in hand, to perform for residents in the dining area and those in their rooms.

We host numerous shopping trips; to Capalaba only 10 minutes drive away and the next closest shopping centre, Carindale. Nearby home, Wellington Point has a lovely cafe which residents enjoy walking to with staff. One independent lady zips back and forth regularly in her electric wheelchair.

Fascinating entertainers visit us throughout the year, contributing their artistic presence to an engaging calendar of fundraising activities and events. The latest promises to be a big hit; a local farm is visiting with baby animals. These cuties will also be taken around to residents who can't leave their beds so everyone enjoys the experience, as always.
