The Regis Group offers a Graduate Nurse Program across a number of its aged care facilities located in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia.
The program has been designed to assist newly graduated nurses to become confident, safe and competent practitioners through the integration and consolidation of their practical and theoretical knowledge and skills.
The Regis Graduate Nurse Program is a 12 month program where you will rotate through various speciality areas including high care, low care and dementia specific care as well as possibly having the opportunity to rotate through various facilities.
You will also have paid study days to ensure your knowledge and skills are consistently being enhanced and developed.
At the completion of the Graduate Nurse Program, nurses who have displayed exceptional competency, motivation and dedication will have the opportunity to take part in the Regis Leadership Program. This is a 12 month program where nurses will learn skills and gain experiences that will allow them to take the next step in their careers within a leadership capacity.
