At Regis, we know that the success of our Group is due to the combined skills, energy and efforts of our people. In order to officially recognise and encourage excellence and outstanding performance in line with Regis business objectives and The Regis Way, each year we run a National Staff Awards Program.

This program publicly recognises the contribution of our staff and volunteers through ten (10) award categories:

1. Overall Service Excellence
2. Outstanding Customer Service
3. Outstanding Innovation
4. Outstanding Leadership
5. Outstanding Care or Lifestyle
6. Outstanding Safety Leadership
7. Outstanding Nurse of the Year
8. Outstanding Environmental Services Staff Member of the Year
9. Volunteer of the Year
10. Outstanding Facility of the Year

All staff are eligible to enter or to nominate a fellow colleague for these awards. Residents, their families and volunteers are also encouraged to nominate a staff member if they feel they have achieved in a particular area.
