Regis Frankston hosted a Breast Cancer Awareness day recently with residents and staff all participating by wearing a touch of pink for a day to show their support.

Building awareness for this important cause was an initiative by our facility team who wanted to help raise awareness for those affected this terrible disease which is said to be the most common cancer for women in Australia.

Our lifestyle team organised a Happy Hour with a hot pink theme on the day and residents were delighted to enjoy a few glasses of wine and beer while having fun listening to music and nibbling on some delicious pink threats!

Family and friends embraced the opportunity to show their support visiting residents and embracing the celebration of life and the time they’ve shared together.
