Our focus today is the health and wellbeing of your loved ones. Our dedicated Lifestyle team is on hand to support our residents’ mental and emotional wellbeing. This includes providing assistance with FaceTime and phone calls. I encourage you to utilise this service. We know connection is important, particularly as our residents remain in their rooms.
In addition, our clinical team has assessed all residents using the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) screening tool. If there are any changes to your loved one’s health, we will be in touch.
We continue to work closely with the DHHS and follow their advice. They have advised that our next round of testing will occur tomorrow. We will advise you of the results once they are available.
Our team continues to adhere to strict infection control measures including wearing full PPE at all times in the Home. Zoning remains in place while cleaning staff continue to conduct regular and thorough touchpoint cleaning throughout the day.
