The upcoming Regis 2018 National Awards are next week and with almost 1,000 nominations the Service Excellence – Recognising Regis People Supporting Customers and Families category is one of the most prestigious and difficult awards to win. The award goes to those who have made a positive impact through the support and exceptional personal service.

One of the people who have demonstrated proficiency, humanity, initiative and reliability in providing for the needs of our customers is finalist Michelle. As a receptionist, Michelle has a vibrant nature and brings warmth throughout the facility. She always puts residents first, and nothing is ever too much trouble – whether it’s bringing people cups of tea or helping out – Michelle will go out of her way to make anyone feel comfortable.
