Club Services

Elevated comfort, designed for you

Club Services includes our most extensive range of enhanced services. It includes premium dining choices, extended companionship, hair, beauty and aromatherapy services, and personalised concierge support. This collection gives your loved one an elevated level of comfort, connection and ease.

Reserve Services

Comfort and choice, perfectly balanced

Reserve Services offers a step up in daily comfort, with daily cooked breakfasts, one-on-one companion time and monthly pampering, helping your family member enjoy life their way.

Resident companion

Our Resident Companion services provide one-on-one social support that goes beyond what is included in our standard Lifestyle and Engagement program. This personalised time is tailored to each resident’s interests and needs — whether it’s sharing a coffee, enjoying a walk, or having a meaningful chat. It’s about creating space for genuine connection, routine companionship and moments that truly matter. With dedicated time each month, residents can enjoy friendly, focused support that adds purpose and value to their day, helping them stay socially active, continue with hobbies and remain connected to the things they enjoy most.

For families who can’t always be there, this service offers reassurance. You can be confident knowing a friendly, trusted companion is spending additional quality time with your loved one.

Pamper services for comfort and wellbeing

Just because someone has moved into aged care doesn’t mean the opportunity to feel pampered should stop. There’s something uplifting about the feeling that comes after a fresh haircut, a soothing treatment or simply being pampered.

Within our optional services, residents can enjoy a selection of grooming and wellbeing experiences tailored to their personal preferences, from haircuts and beard trims to hand and foot treatments or calming aromatherapy. It’s a time to unwind, feel refreshed and enjoy a little extra care.
