Tis’ the season for giving, something employees from Regis Ayr and Regis Home Hill have truly embraced.
The teams from both Homes recently coordinated and donated over 80 care packs for both employees and patients at the local hospitals. These packs, lovingly assembled by employees, acted as a gesture of appreciation to frontline healthcare workers and those in their care in the community. The response from the hospitals was extremely positive. Doctors, nurses, patients and families expressed genuine gratitude for the generosity and kindness shown by Regis Ayr and Home Hill teams.
Tracey Gabiola from Ayr Hospital said, “the displays are amazing, such wonderful contributions and beautifully prepared. I am thrilled and very appreciative of all your efforts.”
Jeanelle Black, Home Hill Hospital, added, “What great displays. We are very fortunate.”
This initiative showcases the culture of the Homes, one of compassion, community connection and going above and beyond. It’s a culture of care, one that employees share amongst each other, towards residents and across the broader community.
