Garden goodness! The rain finally cleared, which meant our residents at Regis Hurstville had the opportunity to head outdoors and get stuck into our sustainability projects. Activities included painting flowerpots, building a weather station and chicken coop, and even taking the Regis bus out to the local farm store to source chickens and supplies. Special thanks go to our resident Geoff, who has refreshed our garden with an abundance of wonderful veggies and herbs.

Getting out into nature has been shown to promote many health benefits, such as reducing stress, increasing calm and happiness, and even helping with concentration and attention. We know our residents love the fulfilling outdoor activities that our Lifestyle team are continually organising in our natural environment.
