Judy Cole, an Assistant in Nursing (AIN)/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) at Regis North Fremantle, has been with Regis for 14 years. She’s known around the Home for her positivity and joyful energy, uplifting her team and residents alike.
Judy’s dedication and passion for her work was recently recognised in the Regis Care Awards. She was a finalist for the Outstanding Carer Award, and was awarded the CEO Award, an award decided by Regis’ Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Linda Mellors.
Judy is recognised for her infectious cheerful energy in the Home. Her team describe her as someone who lights up all the rooms she walks into. Judy lifts the spirits of all those around her. She inspires the whole team at Regis North Fremantle, from fellow AINs and PCAs to the reception and lifestyle teams.
In Regis North Fremantle’s Memory Support Unit, Judy brings an exceptional level of consideration and care. Truly getting to know each resident, she is always focused on providing person-centred care. Judy meets all difficult situations with respect and positivity and is mindful of accessibility when running activities for residents. When singing and dancing with residents, Judy includes everyone and manages to energise even the quietest of residents. Her light and positivity create a happy and joyous environment.
