Situated a pleasant stroll from the Collier Park Golf Course to the east, the Swan River to the west, and Perth CBD ten minutes drive to the north, Regis Como is a warm and inviting home where residents can appreciate the essence of the city in quiet surrounds. In addition, residents and families can take a beautiful stroll around Neil McDougal Park and visit the lake and McDougal Farm Community Garden – a favourite spot amongst many of our residents.

For convenience, we have a doctor’s surgery and denture clinic just next door.

Outside, our lush garden courtyard has meandering sheltered walkways, fruit trees, a veggie patch and worm farm where you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Regis Como offers 34 single rooms with en suites, 17 twin shared rooms with en suites and home-style furnishings and finishes.

Payment Options

Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit (RAD), a daily payment (DAP), or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. Please call to discuss how this works.

Note, the room cost is up to a maximum of the advertised price by room type and is payable via a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) or Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP).
