Welcome to Regis Nedlands. Located in the heart of the city, our home is just 1km from the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden, and a five-minute drive to the picturesque Matilda Bay Reserve. Regis Nedlands is also in close proximity to the Hollywood Private Hospital and nearby to cafes, restaurants and public transport. We are only minutes away from one of Perth’s premium shopping centres, Claremont Quarter. Regis Nedlands is nestled amongst the trees of Monash Ave, and situated across the road from Hollywood Primary School.

At Regis Nedlands, we have 141 single rooms (including palliative and respite), each with en suite. Regis Nedlands has a 24 bed Memory Support Unit, which has its own garden for people to enjoy. All rooms have a view of a courtyard, landscaped garden, or the picturesque Swan River. Each floor has balconies that everyone can access and enjoy. The stunning rooftop BBQ area, lounge and cafe offer beautiful views of the river and city for our residents to enjoy.

Our aim is to enhance your day-to-day wellbeing, to keep you connected with your favourite things and loved ones, and help you embrace your interests.

Payment Options

Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit (RAD), a daily payment (DAP), or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. Please call to discuss how this works.

Note, the room cost is up to a maximum of the advertised price by room type and is payable via a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) or Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP).

I made the decision myself to come and investigate the possibility of coming to live at Regis and my family respected that. I came twice to look at what would be offered to me and decide if I felt I would be happy here. I was not disappointed. I have a pleasant room and brought with me a few pieces of furniture and my most treasured books, pictures and ornaments, which all gave me a sense of “Home”. Regis calls itself a “Caring Environment” and it lives up to that description. I have found the warmth within its walls to be palpable. I never feel lonely here. The team go out of their way to provide music and entertainment, exercises, yoga, bus outings and much more. You can join in a great many things but when you want privacy it is never questioned. Who you are and what you want to make of your life here is your choice.
