9 Brenchley Grove Kingswood South Australia 5062
Regis Kingswood (formerly Regis Sunset) was closed for redevelopment in October 2015. The redevelopment includes the construction of a 100 place state-of-the-art facility to reopen April 11th 2017 as a Regis Club Services facility.
Idyllically located around the corner from the Soldiers Memorial Gardens and strolling distance to Mitcham Shopping Centre, Regis Kingswood (Regis Sunset) is in a quiet residential street six kilometers from Adelaide’s CBD and ten kilometres from the beach.
Exuding old world charm, Regis has restored the building to preserve Kingswood’s heritage listing, originally built as Harling House in 1861. The house was first owned by the Phillipson family who were one of the earliest settlers in the Kingswood area. The restored features include lofty ceilings giving a sense of space, a sweeping staircase with detailed mahogany finishes, expansive lawns and an old world feeling of peace and tranquility.
Like all Regis facilities, Regis Kingswood delivers innovative aged care including ageing-in-place, dementia care and respite care. Everything we do is aimed at living well. As an example, our unique Mosaic system is a discreet way of monitoring care needs whilst focusing on personal interests.
At Regis we’re also passionate about residents enjoying their favourite pastimes, participating in new activities and forming new friendships. We create a personalised lifestyle program, PIEC&S, for each resident and encourage the whole family to be involved.
Finally we believe that fabulous food is central to life. Eating is a wonderful social event and good nutrition underpins good health. Our menus are superb and our chefs cook fresh on site.
Regis Kingswood will open mid 2017.
We are excited to showcase our recent progress for our Regis Kingswood development in this time lapse montage from December 2015-2016.
