New season, new menu! Three lucky residents at Regis Armadale were recently treated to a sneak preview of the new Spring/Summer lunch menu.

In attendance were Hugh Green, William Cambridge and Margarita Avdiev, who shared a special meal on Level 4 with the stunning Melbourne skyline as a backdrop. Regis Armadale General Manager Seshan Ramaswamy also joined in on the fun, and the small group enjoyed fantastic conversations with their meals.

The menu includes Roast Pork with Apple Sauce, Gravy, Roast Potato, Tomato Bake and Broccoli Cheese, and Salmon and Vegetable Vol au Vent. Silence overcame the group once the food was served, as everyone tucked into their delectable dishes. Residents raved about these two options, with Rita remarking how lovely the cheesy broccoli was and William enjoying the company as well as the glass of wine that accompanied his meal.

As everyone knows, a meal isn’t complete without dessert, and our catering team prepared a sweet surprise that none of our residents could refuse. The gorgeous Key Lime Pie with Whipped Cream had our residents’ eyes gleaming and was the perfect way to finish off a classy meal.
