Justine Colville, General Manager at Regis Frankston, has been with Regis for nearly a decade and has care at the forefront of everything she does. Her journey with Regis began at Ringwood, then East Malvern and Brighton before her current position at Regis Frankston.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Justine transitioned into aged care, leveraging her skills and experience to support and care for people. Her passion for aged care is personal, stemming from her experience caring for her grandmother in aged care for almost five years.
Justine values daily interactions with residents, learning about their histories, stories, and the significant events they’ve witnessed. She believes in providing personalised, supportive care tailored to each resident’s unique needs and preferences.
“All our residents are different, they need different things each day. We try to be as flexible as we can to support those different care needs,” she said.
Justine also highlights the crucial role of employees and says that having a committed team focused on residents’ well–being makes all the difference. Some of the team have experience spanning up to 35 years of delivering high-quality care and are widely appreciated by all the residents.
“Our employees are equally important, because without them, we can’t look after our residents and provide great care. We have an amazing team at Regis Frankston,” she said.
