The following FAQs relate specifically to additional services available at our Regis Homes in Carseldine, Pelican Waters, Morayfield and Oxley.

Why has Regis sent me this letter and Deed of Variation?
Regis is inviting you to update to the Regis Additional Services package. By agreeing to the new Additional Services package, you are able to receive more services with no increase/change to your current Additional Services fee.
To avoid doubt, upon agreeing and signing the Deed of Variation, you will start receiving the additional Regis services at your current Additional Services fee. The accommodation elements and lifestyle services that are in your current contract will remain available to you as complimentary services.

What if I don’t want to sign over to the new packages?
It is your choice to remain on your existing package.
You will continue to receive the same Additional Services you have in the past and not receive additional services that are only part of the Regis package.
We believe you will be receiving better value for money if you switch to the new Regis Additional Services packages but ultimately, the choice is yours.

Will my Additional Services fee stay the same?
Your Additional Services fee will not change upon signing this Deed of Variation.

Club/Reserve Daily Catering
Club/Reserve Catering includes:
- Daily Club/Reserve Cooked breakfast
- Daily Club/Reserve Lunch and Dinner Menu
Daily Club/Reserve Cooked breakfast
- Cooked breakfast is offered daily for our AS residents to enjoy.
- Daily cooked breakfast is available in addition to the standard breakfast offerings that Regis provides (continental breakfast, porridge, fruit).
Daily Club/Reserve Lunch and Dinner Menu
- A choice of 2 hot main courses at lunch and at dinner is offered/available daily for our AS residents.
- Wide range of dishes over a four-week cycle.
- The in-house resident Chef is supported by a National Catering Team, to ensure we adhere to our high standards of delivery and service.

Club/Reserve Daily Beverage package at lunch and dinner
Daily Club/Reserve Beverage package
- Quality beer, wine and soft drink during lunch and dinner are available to our AS residents at Club/Reserve homes during lunch and dinner.
- Non-alcoholic wine and sugar-free soft drink/options are also available.

Resident Companion Service
A one-on-one companion service that is part of the Regis Club/Reserve package. This is above and beyond the standard care and lifestyle activities that Regis provides.
Resident Companions offer our Residents:
- an extra level of support
- additional interaction and companionship
Club – 6 hours per month for Permanent residents
Reserve – 3 hours per month for Permanent residents

Telephone (or equivalent personal communication device) with incoming and outgoing calls included
Aged care friendly telephone handset in your room and a phone plan that includes incoming and outgoing calls to local and interstate numbers and mobiles.
Calls to overseas numbers are not available for this service.

What is the Concierge service? (Regis Oxley)
Regis’ Concierge Service is a personalised range of hotel-style services available for Club residents and to suit their everyday needs, and is over and above the standard care and services requirement in Aged Care
