A Passion for Care

Shibi’s journey with Regis began in 2024 when she was recruited through an international recruitment program. Starting as a Registered Nurse, she quickly embraced the rewarding nature of aged care, where every interaction makes a difference.

“Helping others and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships make working in aged care deeply rewarding. It positively impacts both the quality of life of our elderly community and the local community as a whole,” she shares.

Career Growth and Development

Shibi’s dedication and commitment to high-quality care led her to take on more responsibilities within the organisation. She first stepped into the role of Acting Clinical Care Team Leader before transitioning into the permanent position—a testament to her skills and the trust Regis placed in her.

Her professional development has been strongly supported by Regis, particularly through opportunities like the ACIPC Foundations of Infection Prevention and Control Course. Completing this course not only expanded her expertise but also enabled her to become an integral part of the infection control team at Regis Redlynch.
