Regis Art Competition

To Enter

To make a submission please email regisspirit@regis.com.au with the following details by Friday 18 October:

  1. Name of the Artist
  2. Regis Home/Location
  3. Phone
  4. Email
  5. Title of Artwork
  6. Brief description of how the Artwork reflects the theme of ‘Meaningful Connection’ (maximum 200 words)
  7. Photo of the Artwork.

Terms & Conditions

This art competition (“the Competition”) will help us to find artwork from our talented community to display on Regis collateral, including but not limited to brochures, newsletters, and notecards.

  1. This Competition is open to entrants who are residents of a Regis Home or retirement living village, a Regis client, or a family member of a Regis resident or client. Regis employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition.
  2. To enter the Competition, submit a photograph of your artwork to regisspirit@regis.com.au
  3. All information recorded as part of the Competition is held for the purposes of the Competition only and is subject to the Regis Privacy Policy. Regis will not use any non-winning images of artworks submitted during the Competition without the artist’s consent.
  4. If we seek to use Your Artwork for any purpose outside the Competition we will do so only with Your permission, after negotiating fairly with You.
  5. By entering the Competition, You promise that You are the Artist of the submitted artwork.
  6. By entering the Competition, You will not lose copyright in or ownership of Your artwork. But, if Your Artwork wins, You allow (licence) Regis to use the copyright in Your artwork for a period of 24 months,
  7. We may ask to borrow and exhibit the Artwork during the 24-month licence period. You do not have to say yes. You will still own the Artwork. If We do borrow or exhibit the Artwork, We will try to take good care of it, and We will pay for transport and insurance.
  8. Regis wants to attribute Your Artwork to You. By entering, you consent to Regis using Your name, biographical details, and likeness in connection with the Competition. If You do not consent to Your personal information being shared alongside the Artwork, please inform us in writing prior to entering the Competition.
  9. The winner will be notified by Tuesday 29 October via telephone or email as per the winner’s submission.
  10. The winner will be announced by Wednesday 6 November.
  11. The winner may be invited to attend events related to the Competition and will be invited to have photographs taken of them with their winning artwork to announce the winner to the Regis community.
  12. This is a competition of skill and not chance. The Artwork must reflect the theme of meaningful connection.
  13. The prize is a $100 digital gift voucher.
  14. The selection panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this Competition
