Integration is the period after the acquisition is completed. During this time, some systems, processes and ways of working may change as Royal Freemasons Home Care becomes part of Regis. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and support and training will be provided where needed.

Key dates will be shared as soon as they are confirmed. At this stage, we expect employment offers to be issued in September 2026, with completion anticipated to take place on 1 November 2026. We will also confirm dates for contract information sessions, system training, uniform ordering and any system changes before they occur.

Please reassure clients and families that continuity of care remains a priority and that clients have received formal information about the acquisition. We do not expect existing care arrangements, care plans or service schedules for Royal Freemasons’ clients to be disrupted. If any changes are needed, they will be communicated to affected employees and clients in advance.

Regis employees can access a range of benefits, including service milestone recognition, National Care Awards, employee assistance support, parental leave benefits, career development opportunities, employee discounts and novated lease options. More information will be shared as part of the transition.

Royal Freemasons currently has access to not-for-profit Fringe Benefits Tax concessions. Regis is a for-profit employer and does not have access to the same concessions, so current salary packaging arrangements may not continue in the same form after transfer. Regis is committed to ensuring transferring employees’ arrangements are not less favourable overall because of the transition.

This may be possible if a suitable vacancy is available and based on the selection criteria. More information about internal transfers and career opportunities will be provided after completion. If you are interested, please speak with your manager so they can support you when the time is right.

You can continue to access the employee assistance program currently available through Royal Freemasons. After completion, you will be able to access Regis’ health and wellbeing support. More information will be provided before the transfer.

Employees transferring from Royal Freemasons Home Care will be offered employment with Regis Aged Care. Until the transfer is completed, Royal Freemasons continue as your employer.

Your employment will transfer through an offer and acceptance process. You are expected to receive an offer of employment from Regis by the end of September 2026. The offer will be on terms and conditions that are no less favourable overall than your current terms and conditions of employment. The F40 application has been filed with the Fair Work Commission on 5 August 2026.

Information sessions will be held to help employees understand their Regis employment offer and contract. You can also contact the Regis Concierge team via concierge@regis.com.au if you have questions about your individual offer. You may also seek independent advice if you wish.

We hope you will choose to join Regis and be part of our growing national Home Care business. If you do not accept the offer of employment with Regis, your employment with Royal Freemasons will end on the day before the transfer date, and you will receive any payments and entitlements owing to you at that time.

Regis values your experience and the care you provide to clients and we hope to enable the transfer for as many employees as possible. If any role changes are proposed in the future, affected employees will be consulted and supported.

Employees who transfer to Regis will receive employment terms that are no less favourable overall than their current terms. This includes a review of pay, benefits, superannuation and individual circumstances.

Your pay-related entitlements, including allowances, penalties, overtime and kilometre reimbursement, will be reviewed as part of the transition. Your Regis offer or supporting information will explain the arrangements that apply to you. We will also confirm closer to completion whether there will be any changes to pay cycles and what support will be available.

Your annual leave entitlements will transfer, and you can continue with approved annual leave as planned. Other accrued leave entitlements, including personal/carer’s leave and long service leave, will be reviewed as part of the transfer process and addressed in your Regis offer or supporting information.

You can continue with approved annual leave as planned. The leave application process may change over time, but your approved leave will remain unimpacted.

Yes. Your years of service with Royal Freemasons, or its predecessors, will be recognised by Regis. This means your service-related benefits will continue to apply. Regis also recognises service milestones through name badge colours and other recognition programs.

In most cases, job titles will stay the same. Your employment type and individual circumstances will be reviewed as part of the offer process. Your Regis offer will explain your employment status, including whether you are permanent, casual, fixed-term or subject to any probation arrangements. If any title changes are required in the future, they will be communicated as soon as possible.

Your roster and client travel area are expected to remain the same in the short term. Rosters will continue to be managed in eCase until 31 October. After that, rosters are expected to be managed in AlayaCare , with training to be provided. If any future changes are needed, they will be discussed with you in advance and managed in line with your employment terms.

Our priority is to continue providing safe, consistent and high-quality care to clients. We do not expect major changes to day-to-day care arrangements in the short term. Some policies, procedures, systems or ways of working may change after completion as Royal Freemasons Home Care becomes part of Regis. Any changes that affect your role will be communicated in advance, and training or guidance will be provided where needed.

If you are covered by an enterprise agreement or industrial instrument, Regis will provide information about how this will be managed during the transition. Any required process will be handled in line with legal obligations, and affected employees will be kept informed.

Yes. Regis has an Enterprise Agreement in Victoria, known as the Regis Aged Care Pty Ltd In-home and Centre Based Services (Victoria) Enterprise Agreement 2024.

Regis position descriptions will be shared with you when available. You will be able to review the position description for your equivalent role before or when your employment contract is issued.

Employee records and personal information will be handled securely and in line with privacy obligations. Information needed to support your employment transfer will be shared with Regis for transition purposes.

We will provide regular updates about what is happening and when. We will also provide a central place for transition information, including FAQs, key dates, contacts and useful resources, and will let you know when new information is added. There will be an opportunity to meet members of the Regis team at a virtual information session. Details, including the date, time and presenters, will be shared once confirmed.

We do not expect immediate changes to most reporting relationships. If any changes are needed, they will be communicated directly to the people affected.

Regis uses AlayaCare for Home Care client management. Royal Freemasons is expected to move to AlayaCare at completion on 1 November 2026. Training will be provided for the change.

Training will be provided before any major system or process changes. Some employee details and system logins may change as you move to Regis systems. Where a mobile phone or other equipment is required for your role, Regis will provide information about what will be supplied, when it will be issued, when access will be available and who to contact if you need help.

Yes. New Regis-branded uniforms and name badges will be provided. Your leadership team will receive the uniform guide and ordering information in the coming months.
