Integration is the name given to the period from December until the end of March 2025. During this period, it is an opportunity for both organisations to learn more about one another. Throughout the integration period there will be changes to some systems and processes as we move to include the two aged care residences in our day-to-day operations.
Yes, we do engage Enrolled Nurses in our structure. The number of roles varies by home, dependent on the size and resident needs.

All employees currently paid under an Enterprise Agreement will transfer to the relevant Regis Enterprise Agreement effective from 2 December 2024. Regis is currently undertaking a review of rates of pay between roles at Ti Tree Operations and the equivalent roles at Regis. All salaried employees will receive a new individual, common law contract which will be effective from 2 December 2024.
No, your roster will remain the same in the short term. If there is a need for any changes these will be discussed and agreed in advance.
The process and technology for rostering, will change. In time Regis will introduce a new electronic rostering and timesheet system in both homes. This will bring a number of benefits for all employees, including access to a smartphone app.
Yes, your years of service will be retained and you will receive the benefits for these. Your original start date with Ti Tree Operations (or its predecessors) is recognised by Regis.
Regis employee name badges include different coloured stripes to indicate achievement of milestone employment anniversaries. We look forward to introducing this to you when we provide the new name badges.
Employees of the two aged care residences, and those in supporting roles will be offered positions with Regis and upon acceptance their employment will transfer, effective 2 December 2024. Employees of the retirement village and home care business will continue to be employed under the current arrangements; their employment will not transfer to Regis.
Your employment will transfer through an offer and acceptance process. You will receive an offer of employment from Regis. This is anticipated to occur around October 27 2024.
For Enterprise Agreement covered employees, the offer of employment by Regis will be on terms no less favourable than the terms and conditions which currently apply to your employment.
Yes, Regis has an Enterprise Agreement in Victoria, known as the Regis Aged Care Enterprise Agreement – Victoria RAC 2022. When your employment is transferred across to Regis you will become covered by the terms of the Regis Enterprise Agreement.
In the main, all role titles will remain the same. Any future title changes will be communicated as soon as it is known.
Regis will become your employer from 2 December 2024. The terms and conditions of your employment will be no less favourable, and will be set out in your new contract with Regis.

Yes, your annual leave entitlements will transfer. You can continue with your approved annual leave as planned; there will be no need to change this.

The Regis Studies Assistance Program (SAP) provides financial support to eligible applicants to complete work-related education and training courses that are directly related to the employee’s current role or future career path.
Applications normally open in January for approximately one month, and are made by completing an application form and submitting (with supporting documentation) to our People & Culture team.

Yes, new uniforms will be provided to all employees. There are several uniform options that are colour coded based on your role. All garments include the Regis logo. Your leadership team will be provided a copy of the uniform guide, and information about ordering, in the coming weeks.
New Regis branded name badges wil also be provided at the same time as the new uniforms.
Regis Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr Linda Mellors, together with Executive General Manager Operations (VIC, TAS, SA, WA), James Theofanis, will be visiting Mornington and Capel Sound in September. These informal visits will be an opportunity for our employees, residents and their families to meet and ask questions.
