Regis Healthcare Limited (ASX: REG) (Regis) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Carmel Monaghan as an independent Non-Executive Director. Ms Monaghan’s appointment will take effect on 1 February 2026.
Carmel is a highly experienced healthcare executive with over 30 years in the healthcare sector. She was the CEO of Ramsay Health Care Australia until July 2025 and has extensive experience and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and strategy both in Australia and overseas.
Carmel is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at EMVision Medical Devices (ASX:EMV) and has served on boards including Ramsay Santé (France) and the Australian Private Hospitals Association. Her expertise spans complex operations, financial management, governance and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on innovation, workforce development and patient care.

The Board engaged a recruitment firm to conduct the search for our new independent Non-Executive Director and she is warmly welcomed to the Board.”
