Residents across Regis Homes are enjoying a new dining experience, with the introduction of a monthly Chef’s Table held on the last Wednesday of each month.
The initiative brings chefs and residents together to shape themed menus that reflect both creativity and feedback from those who call Regis home. Each Chef’s Table features a full menu, including main meals and desserts, tailored to the selected theme at each Home.
This month, themes ranged from French and Japanese cuisine to pub favourites and an under the sea experience, offering variety across the country. Menus draw on more than 700 existing recipes, while also allowing chefs to create new dishes inspired by resident input.
“By working closely with our chefs, residents can shape menus, share their preferences, and enjoy meals that reflect what matters most to them. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for our chefs to showcase their creativity and create something truly special each month,” shares Alastair England, National Manager of Hotel Services.
Chef’s Table is designed to create dedicated time for conversation and collaboration around food. It gives residents the opportunity to share their preferences, talk about favourite meals and be directly involved in shaping future menus.
By bringing people together in this way, Chef’s Table supports a dining experience that goes beyond everyday meals, creating moments that are social, engaging and tailored to each Home.
