Regis is proud to welcome Alastair England as the new National Manager Hotel Services. With his extensive background in hospitality and a passion for the best consumer experience, Alastair is set to drive innovation and improvements to our dining and hospitality experience for residents across the country.

Alastair’s journey into the aged care sector is deeply personal. Having witnessed firsthand the experiences of family and friends in aged care homes, he was struck by the consistent feedback regarding the need for improvement in hospitality offerings. After two decades in the hospitality industry, Alastair saw an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to an industry yearning for change.

His role at Regis is set to make a positive impact on residents by prioritising their voices and preferences. Alastair will introduce new and innovative approaches to ensure resident feedback is increasingly heard and acted upon.

“I want to increase the emphasis on feedback from our residents and understand what has been missing for them. I want to create innovative ways for us to focus on great nutrition and overall meal experience,” Alastair said.

Alastair and his team will focus on various aspects of hospitality, including food, nutrition, beverage and dining room experiences. Collaborating with teams nationwide, he emphasises consistency and excellence to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
