Effective 1 December, Regis Aged Care is proud to become the new provider for Torquay and Drysdale aged care homes, on Victoria’s Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.
In October of this year, Regis entered into an agreement with OC Health to acquire the two aged care homes. The transition allowed for numerous opportunities for us to learn together, share valuable insights and draw on each other’s expertise.
Regis Torquay is tucked into the peaceful coastal community, and boasts large open spaces, gardens and outdoor areas. Close to the beach, this Home invites connection, comfort and calm.
Regis Drysdale is located in a small community, providing a relaxing environment. The Home is close by the community library, medical clinics, banks, supermarket, post office, bus stops and local shopping precinct.
With this transition, Regis warmly welcomes 190 residents and almost 270 new employees to our team. The acquisition marks an exciting opportunity to enhance the quality of care and services offered to residents, families and the broader community.
