Our Port Coogee Home exudes a unique blend of care, warmth and luxury and is just a stone’s throw away from the ocean and Woodman Point Recreation Reserve. Our luxury interiors and cheerful outdoor spaces give the residence a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their loved ones. In addition, we’re proud to hold an annual Colour Festival which all our residents, families and staff love to participate in.

Our Home boasts 139 single rooms with en suite and 32 dementia-specific rooms, all featuring contemporary furnishings and finishes.

Payment Options

Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit (RAD), a daily payment (DAP), or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically, for example monthly. Please call to discuss how this works.

Note, the room cost is up to a maximum of the advertised price by room type and is payable via a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) or Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP).
