Coupa in‑portal support

Coupa provides built‑in support directly within the Supplier Portal to help suppliers get answers quickly.

Navi, an in‑portal chat experience, is usually located on the bottom right of CSP.

It can surface automated guidance and knowledge articles, as well as access to Coupa support via live chat for technical or functional questions related to using the portal.

This support is available from within Coupa and can assist with common queries such as login issues, profile updates and general portal navigation.
