New to Coupa

Coupa is Regis’ online Supplier Portal, used to manage supplier onboarding, purchase orders and invoicing.

It provides a secure, central place for suppliers to:

Receive purchase orders
Submit invoices
Track invoice status
Maintain business and payment details

Coupa is free for suppliers and is accessed through a web browser — no software installation is required.

How you can work with Regis using Coupa

There are two ways suppliers can interact with Regis through Coupa.

Our recommended option: Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP)

The Coupa Supplier Portal is the preferred and recommended way to work with Regis.

Using the Supplier Portal allows you to:

Receive and acknowledge purchase orders online
Create invoices directly from purchase orders
Track invoice and payment status
Update your business and banking details when needed

This option provides the best visibility and control over your transactions with Regis and is suitable for most suppliers.

Alternative option: Supplier Actionable Notifications (SAN)

Supplier Actionable Notifications (SAN) allow suppliers to submit invoices directly from a purchase order email, without logging into the Supplier Portal.

This option:

Does not require portal access
Is suitable for suppliers with very low transaction volumes
Is typically used where invoices are raised infrequently

SAN is best suited to suppliers who submit occasional invoices only and do not require ongoing visibility of invoice status or supplier information.

We strongly recommend the Coupa Supplier Portal for ongoing suppliers or suppliers who invoice Regis regularly.

Getting started

If you are new to Coupa, you will receive an email invitation to join the Coupa Supplier Portal.

Once you receive your invitation:

Open the email
Follow the prompts to create your account
Enter your business and payment details
Submit your information for approval
