Sustainability Month – Eastern Shore Beets

It’s Sustainability Month here at Regis and Jan and Bill have been working closely with Chef Darcy at Regis Eastern Shore to put the fresh herbs and vegetables they have been growing to good use. Recently, the team was lucky enough to pick a basket full of beetroot, parsley, dill, and lettuce that will all be utilised in the kitchen. Nothing ‘beets’ homegrown produce!
