For over 20 years, Sue has been a familiar face at Regis. Her journey began as a Personal Care Assistant, caring for and creating strong connections with residents at Regis Sunraysia, a role she describes as both challenging and deeply rewarding.
“I’ve had some very special moments over the years. I’ve had such a lovely time with all the residents that it’s kept me here, it’s been priceless.”
After recently transitioning into the role of Lifestyle Assistant, Susan felt like it was the next step in her journey at Regis. Her wealth of knowledge made her the perfect person to support residents and their families who are starting their aged care journey.
“It’s an extension of my previous role. Now I get to spend more time with families and really get to know them, which has been incredibly rewarding,”
“I love my job, I’m still so passionate after all this time and that feeling just continues to grow,” she says.
