Getting started with Regis Connect

Regis Connect is free and able to be downloaded on any Apple or Android device. Simply download the app, enter your login details and follow the steps to get started.

You should have received communication from Regis with your login details. If you have not received your login details or are having trouble logging into the app, please call Regis Connect Support on 03 8518 7315 (Mon-Thurs 9am – 5pm) or email regisconnect@regis.com.au. Alternatively, please contact your Regis Home.

Designed to make communication easier between yourself, your loved one and the Home, Regis Connect is easy to use and includes exciting features:

  • What’s happening at the Home: keep informed with a feed of posts sharing photos, videos and updates around what’s happening at the Home
  • Visitation guidelines: notifications of changes to visitation guidelines based on State Government directions
  • Book services: request services such as hairdressing, beauty and more
  • Newsletter: view our latest newsletter
  • Activity Calendars: check out our Lifestyle activity calendars
  • Menu: see what’s on the menu for the week
  • Feedback: share feedback with the General Manager to help drive improvements in the home or to recognise a member of our team
  • Invoices: view monthly invoicing
  • Video calls: schedule multi-party video calls
  • Contact Information: access key contact information to communicate with the Home management team or speak with our accounts department for billing enquiries
